There are specific rules to follow to cancel an order depending on the sale agreement. Here you need to check whether the contract is registered or not.

In some cases, the company can cancel the house construction contract if-

• A customer fails to pay the amount by the stipulated due date mentioned in the agreement.
• If a customer engages any other contractor to carry out partial construction of the house as per his interest, the company can cancel the contract.
• There is no sufficient space to store construction material, and there is a lack of room for the workers and other service providers on clients' land.

In such cases, the company has the right to cancel the construction agreement with the buyer.
